Report any safety concerns (e.g., spills, obstructed passages, security issues) to the nearest staff member immediately.
Infection Control
Observe hand hygiene protocols: sanitize or wash hands upon entering and leaving patient care areas.
Wear masks or other protective gear when instructed, especially in high-risk wards or during outbreaks.
Timeliness and Cooperation
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and procedures; notify us promptly if you need to reschedule.

Personal Belongings
Keep valuables to a minimum; ISTH is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Ensure personal items (e.g., glasses, hearing aids) are clearly labeled with your name.

ISTH is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Consumption of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs on hospital grounds is strictly prohibited.
Visitor Guidelines
